We want you to be totally satisfied with any Regus service you purchase, and confident in making any purchase online. To that end should you wish to cancel your purchase at any time and for any reason prior to activation we will refund your money in full.
Activation occurs when
- a time-based contract has commenced (eg. access rights to our business lounges, or the provision of virtual services such as a business address, phone number or call and mail handling) or
- accommodation has been pre-booked in advance (eg. reserving specific office or meeting room facilities in a specific centre on specific day or days).
You will of course be made aware of any changes to cancellation policies that may apply, and typically this only occurs after contact with our Customer Service Centre when you are booking the room or agreeing the start date.
